Bath House & Laundry Facility
Not only do they double as approved concrete tornado shelters, but this facility provides clean restrooms and showers.
There is a utility room which has a coin-operated washer & Dryer, folding table and triple sink for your convenience.
Children's Play Area
There are several exciting things for the kids to do at Lake Frances. There is a teeter-totter, swing set, spring horses, and a 3 seat merry-go-round.
The older kids can enjoy Badminton, Volleyball, Croquet, Horseshoes, fishing and a lot of space to run and ride bicycles
Fish Cleaning Station
Lake Frances provides a convenient fish cleaning station so you will have a place to fillet your end-of-the-day trophies. Please be honest with your catch and respect our “keeper” rules and regulations to provide great fishing for future fisherman (or even yourself).
Please Remember Our Fishing Rules:
• All Bass and Catfish between 15″ and 18″ in length which are caught
from the lake must be released back into the lake.
• All Bass and Catfish between 10″ and 14″ in length may be kept.
• There is no size limit on all other species.
• There is a Keeping Limit of five (5) Catfish and five (5) Bass per day per person.
Lynn's Pond & Outhouse
You can catch some very large fish lurking in Lynn’s Pond, but the problem is that he won’t tell you where they are located without a price.
